This past Friday night witnessed the continued from reversal, and increased intensity, of both our flu ravaged First and Second Fifteens. Considering the hot and cold nature of previous matches, which at times was clearly as a result of declining concentration levels during the forty minutes around the break, the game was thoroughly enjoyed by our loyal band of supporters. Brothers defeated Barron Trinity 12 nil at Vico Oval on Saturday in what was Brothers first win of the season. Saturday's game was the first to have contested scrums in the CDWRU competition this year.
Try scorers for Brothers were Antoinette Daylight and Amber Phelps with one conversion by returning five-eighth, Kristy Wilson. Best on ground for Brothers were Cassie Wheeler, Katrina Hilditch and Shannon Lott. Best on ground for Barron was Annie Dufficy.
